Recorded calls can be accessed through the Wildix system to review conversations or monitor communications. This article explains how you can receive and listen to recorded calls using Wildix.
To access the Wildix system, users must log in through a web browser or the dedicated Wildix application. This article outlines the steps required to log in to Wildix, including entering your credentials, selecting the appropriate domain, and verifying access to communication features such as chat, call history, and voicemail.
Once logged in, to find your call recordings, first navigate to Analytics
To do this, select Analytics from the top menu bar
Once you are logged in, you should see a screen similar to this
From here, navigate to Advanced Grid in the menu bar shown at the top of the previous image.
From here, you should see all your calls made and received at Newquay Town Council
From this list, choose the call you want to hear the recording of and click on this symbol
You will then see this;
from here, click on it again
When you see this, press the play button to listen to the audio
To download, tap the kebab menu (three dots) and select download
