Instructions to Reset Poe Injector

• Identify the Paxton box :

  • Locate the Paxton box connected to the back door system.

• Disconnect the Ethernet Cable:

  • Carefully unplug the Ethernet cable from the Poe injector. This will cut off the power supply to the door system.

• Wait for a Few Seconds:

  • Allow the system to rest for about 10-15 seconds. This ensures that any residual power is fully discharged.

• Reconnect the Ethernet Cable:

  • Plug the Ethernet cable back into the PoE injector. This will restore power to the door system.

• Check the Door Operation:

  • Test the back door to ensure it is now functioning properly. The reset should have restored its operation.
